The hotel offers rooms with several large windows and a superb bathroom, but there was a sopping wet carpet which was a bit of a drawback. The service was good overall, but room service was not available. The location in the Saint-Eustache area was convenient to order a pizza as the restaurant was closed on Sunday, however, there was a very intrusive local entertainer in the restaurant. The dining experience was included and they served pastries. The facilities were satisfactory.
